Join Kristie Robillard (@thebabytitanembroidery) for this two-session class learning all the most essential embroidery stitches and how you can create unique art pieces or turn any garment into something special!


Kristie creates her own patterns and uses a mix of traditional simple stitches and thick, paint like stitches, as well as beads and more to make weird, wonderful and sometimes edgy embroidery pieces.


She's created this pattern for this class in particular so you have an opportunity to learn: 


Back stitch

Satin stitch

Split stitch

Wagon wheel roses

Fishbone stitch

Daisy stitch

And French knots

 

We've split this class into two sessions so that you can learn some stitches, go home for a week and work away at it, and then return ready to learn more! You will be encouraged to play with colour choices, and improvise to make this piece your own. 

 

She will also talk about how to create your own designs for future projects!

 

Materials are included, and additionally, you will bring home a high quality hoop, a thread sampler, needles and your fabric so that you can continue this journey at home with a good starter kit to keep. The Kit is valued at approx $30
